Depending on their habitat Boa constrictors can be tan, green, red, yellow, or patterned with jagged lines, ovals, diamonds, and circles.  Humans have over-hunted these beautiful snakes for their skin and most have protected statues.  Non-poisonous with hooked teeth to grab their prey while they wrap their bodies around their victim until they suffocate.  Boas are also good swimmers and tree climbers, though they prefer living on land in hollow logs or abandoned mammal burrows.  They grow to about 13 feet long and weigh over 100 lbs.

Snake spirit animals represent healing, transformation and life changes.  Connected to primal energy and life force, snakes mean spiritual guidance.

Boa tells us to stay grounded.  Take time up in the trees to heal, but always return to Earth.

Boa also encourages us to eat food that nourishes our digestive system, take time to rest and rejuvenate
